Recipe: Shish Kabab
Ingredients
- 500g lamb or beef, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Azka Shish Kabab Spice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix Azka Shish Kabab Spice, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add meat cubes and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Thread meat onto skewers, alternating with onion and bell pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with pita bread and salad.
